This is who I am

  "Respect is the best way to show a humble man". I am Rizza Mae Palpal. When I was 8 years old, my mom always taught me the meaning of humility. As the years passed, I observed that people respect you if you possess it too. I grew up being quiet because our first house was far from homes. I didn't know how to socialize or interact with my classmates in elementary school until we moved to our second house, and I learned to communicate in my junior high.

  During my junior high years, I discovered the importance of socializing. I learned how to communicate with others and actively participate in group activities while also developing my independence. Alongside my academic pursuits, attending gatherings at our church, named the Well Springs of Faith, became a regular part of my life. I volunteered to help others with my young people team, which felt like a second family to me.

 

 Despite my busy schedule, academics remained the center of my life. Additionally, I found joy in my hobbies, particularly my passion for art as a beginner artist. Creating art brings me immense satisfaction, and I eagerly anticipate the outcomes of my artistic endeavors. My family supports my artistic pursuits. I also have a deep love for various board games such as chess, sudoku, rubik's cube, and many others.

  Looking ahead to my senior high or college journey, I plan to continue my artistic endeavors. I intend to pursue the Accountancy, Business, and Management (ABM) strand. My decision is influenced by the success stories I have witnessed among my peers in my young people team. I am determined to serve the Lord faithfully by understanding His teachings and meditating on them. I believe this will guide me on the right path, ensuring a fulfilling and purposeful life.
